Frequently Asked Questions
To view academic results:
- Go to the Results section from the main menu
- Select the desired term from the dropdown
- The report will automatically load as a PDF
- You can download or print the report using the browser's print function
Fee statements and receipts are available in the Finance section:
- Fee Statements: View complete transaction history
- Receipts: Download individual payment receipts
- Charges: Manage transport and additional fees
To arrange transport services:
- Navigate to Charges → Transport Charges
- Select your zone from the dropdown
- Choose your preferred route
- Select transport type (One Way/Two Way)
- Enter your pick up/drop point
- Proceed to Other Charges to complete the process
If you've forgotten your password:
- Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your email for password reset instructions
- If you continue to experience issues, contact the school administration
If current term results are not showing:
- Results may not have been published yet for the current term
- Check if you've selected the correct term from the dropdown
- Ensure all fees for the term are cleared
- Contact the academic office if the issue persists

If you're experiencing technical issues with the portal:
- Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache
- Ensure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Check your internet connection
