Frequently Asked Questions

To view academic results:

  1. Go to the Results section from the main menu
  2. Select the desired term from the dropdown
  3. The report will automatically load as a PDF
  4. You can download or print the report using the browser's print function

Fee statements and receipts are available in the Finance section:

  • Fee Statements: View complete transaction history
  • Receipts: Download individual payment receipts
  • Charges: Manage transport and additional fees

To arrange transport services:

  1. Navigate to Charges → Transport Charges
  2. Select your zone from the dropdown
  3. Choose your preferred route
  4. Select transport type (One Way/Two Way)
  5. Enter your pick up/drop point
  6. Proceed to Other Charges to complete the process

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Check your email for password reset instructions
  4. If you continue to experience issues, contact the school administration

If current term results are not showing:

  • Results may not have been published yet for the current term
  • Check if you've selected the correct term from the dropdown
  • Ensure all fees for the term are cleared
  • Contact the academic office if the issue persists

  • Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache
  • Ensure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Check your internet connection
